At RINCS Roadside, our momos aren’t just dumplings, they’re the product of a journey filled with passion, patience, and purpose.

It all began in my home kitchen, where friends and family kept encouraging me to do something more with my cooking. “You should open a restaurant,” they’d say. “Write a recipe book!” they’d joke after every dinner gathering.

But I was raising little ones and balancing a life I loved. The idea of a big restaurant, with big bills and long nights, felt out of reach.

Instead, I started small.

A Dream Wrapped in Dough

I dipped my toes into the food world through artisan market stalls, serving steaming momos and homemade sauces to curious passersby. Each batch was handmade, and each compliment or repeat customer filled me with new confidence.

Then came the next step: a small takeaway, where I could scale up just enough to reach more people while staying grounded in what mattered most quality, connection, and family.

Now, we’re ready to turn up the heat again, bringing RINCS Roadside to a shopping centre as a vibrant grab-and-go concept. This journey hasn’t just built a business, it’s created a community. And at the heart of it all? Our momos.
